Disgusted

The most poor service ever! Than you wonder why most businesses is closing, due to *********** staff that have a don’t care attitude! On 12/11/2020 I went to the branch in Middelburg and place my order, placed my order and wanted to pay the *********** staff member say that her brother left with the speedpoints and I’m unable to pay that moment but she will place my order and than I can pay when I come fetch my order in 30min cause they just took out the dough, I place my order at 5:45pm. I went back at 6:20pm, to pick up my order. To find out that the order was not placed and this staff member look at me as if I fall from the sky, she forgot to place the order. How on earth do u forget to place a order if I was standing infront of u telling u what I want, so u waisted my time and making me a fool!!!!

I will not support your business until this staff member and the manager no longer working their, the ma manager didn’t even have the audacity to apologize that moment, she had this nonchalant attitude! Businesses don’t need people like that to be in the frontline during this time! Pathetic!!!!
