Disappointing service

I am very disappointed in the service that I got from Pizza Hut tonight. I ordered 2 medium pizzas from lifestyle centre centurion, for delivery. After 40 minutes past I tried phoning, it kept saying that the lines were busy. I eventually got through to call centre and they transferred me after about 5 times transferring me and still no success. I ordered the order at 6:45 at 7:50 I drove to the Pizza Hut at lifestyle centre to find out what is happening with the order as I could not get through on the phone. They first could not find my order online with the order number and were then prepared to make my order again, only to get a phone call at 8:00 to say the delivery guy is at my gate with the order. This was very disappointing as it was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut and the service wasn’t up to scratch.
