Disappointed Customer

<p>Hi. I would like to lodge a complaint against the Pizza Hut in sandton(100 Rivonia). I had placed an order for delivery on Friday(28/7) evening at 6pm. I was told my order would take 1 hour. After an hour I tried calling to enquire if the driver had left only to find the number was busy..this number stayed engaged for over and hour and a half! I tried constantly to call them but was unable to reach them. I had even called the customer care line for an alternate number however one was not avaible. Tired of waiting I had to eventually drive all the way tot the store( thus defeating the purpose of delivery) only to be met with rude, *********** and unhelpful staff members! They just didn't seem to care that over 2 hours later I had not received my order. I was told the driver had left with my order at 7:30pm and therefore it was his fault my order had not been received! Eventually after getting no further help we left. Once we were home the driver had arrived with out order..3 HOURS LATER!!! Absolutely ridiculous..the food was warm so it's doubtful that he had left at 7:30pm as was claimed by staff members. <br />Such a disappointment to receive such terrible service from a well known brand! This experience had totally put me off of ordering from Pizza Hut in the future! <br />Oh and I forgot to mention while in the store, the same *********** staff members broke the key in the door and therefore we were locked in! We had to walk quite a distance around from the back entrance and no apology was offered!</p>
