Disappointed

This evening our limits were reached at Pizza Hut at the Mall of Africa. This was our fifth visit to the store over the past few weeks trying to order their small pizzas. After standing in the line the previous 4 times we were told there is NO STOCK after placing our order. Today, before joining the line, I asked a staff member if they had stock of small pizzas and he assured me they did. Upon reaching the end of the line as we were about to pay, we were AGAIN told there is no stock. I asked for a contact number/email address for the manager/owner and I was told they do not have any of those details. The staff then looked a bit worried and the cashier informed me it so happens they DO in fact have stock and are able to process our order. TOO late. We were already fuming. Makes one wonder if this is just a pathetic ploy to get people to order bigger pizzas to increase revenue. If that's the case, just remove the small pizza size from your menu! Highly disappointed.
