Debited my account 3 times but did not register my order

Tried to purchase pizza in December on their online platform. Each time I payed, it stated that it did not go through. I tried 3 times. Eventually I gave up. I then saw that all 3 times both my credit card and transaction account was actually debited. I have spoken to their call center and the Bryan Park division with no luck. I keep getting ignored or no answers. Eventually when I follow up, I get no answer except that I must put it on a tab. I don't want to lose almost R600 buying unnecessary pizza because they chose to ******* my accounts. This is dishonest
