Dazed and Confused Pizza Hut!

I ordered an epic Hawain pizza from pizza hut Sandton. 53 minutes later I get a WhatsApp from the driver who said he is new and needs directions. I sent him my location pin drop and detailed instructions on how to get to my house. 20 minutes later he tells me he is lost. This driver did not know how to get around Sandton at all!! I then told him to go back to the shop and I will come collect the pizza. On arrival at Pizza hut I was told they sent my pizza with another driver!!! No one bothered to call me and tell me this. When I got home the delivery guy was waiting. However after an hour and a half the pizza is of co**** cold!! The staff at the shop where very unfriendly and not at all helpful!! I have often used pizza hut Sandton but I will definitely not be using them again!!
