Customer Care doesn't care about their customers

So yesterday around 16:15PM i had placed an online order for the corner simmonds street store in Johannesburg CBD which i had called to find out if my order was received but got no answer i then went after 15minutes to collect my order but was told it was not received by the store. I then called customer care for assistance but was spoken rudely by the agent. I am highly ****ed off by the service as all i was doing was calling to find out why they did not make me aware of this before ordering and the agent that assisted me was extremely rude.

I am one of the most loyal customers to pizza hut as every Friday and Saturday i order from the signet terrace branch and mall of the south branch and then to get spoken to so rudely by a consultant makes me want to never eat at pizza hut ever again and makes me want to tell this to my family and friends.

my order number for yesterday was ********** for my online order.
