Complain

Complaint. We visited the shelly branch on Saturday 1st Oct.... It was the worst experians.... we bought 2 of the R99 40day special. When we got home 20min later we discovered a nightmare. We recieved nothing but dry, tasteless bread. This can't be called pizza! 90% of these 4 had.... NO cheese - No sauce - No topping and Cold. They said over the phone that the next day we could come in and bring back everything and get a FULL re placement. This was a BIG LIE!!!!! They said that we ate half the pizza . This was a lie!!! I showed her that only 2 or 3 pieces were half eaten but that was thrown away. So there was still 80+% left. They refused and called 24H Security to come and remove me from the store. I did nothing Wrong.

All we wanted is what they were expected to do is give what we paid for and if they messed up then fix it as they promised. They refused to give me the owner number and customer support was to call us but there is no outcome to this.
