Chicken Pizza looked like a Veg Pizza- Disappointment is an understatement

I placed 3 orders on 30/08/2020 at Florida Road with 17 items. I called to change my order and spoke to another person and I was told it will be sorted. When I get there my order was not changed, the lady that took my order did not have the courtesy to call me and advise me that it could not be changed and her excuse was that the store was busy. I took my order to without opening the boxes, there was no sticker to differentiate the different flavours, there was so little meat, it would have passed for a magherita, a chicken creamy pizza looked like a veg pizza, I had to call back to say that they had given me veg pizza, and only when it was described to me, I had to accept that the veg look alike pizza was actually a chicken pizza. I told the person you cannot see the chicken because it was almost non existent. I was told that other customers also complained about this. I bought this for 3 different households, guess what they will not be trying Pizza Hut again.
