Cant deliver pizza at all

I ordered via Pizza Hut Online at 19:27. The email stated I will have my pizza in 30 min. it now 1 hour 10 min later and no pizza. I received a call from the driver 40 min after placing order to say he is on his way. I live 1 min from the store. 30 min later no delivery. We call Pizaa Hut and to be put to through to the Northcliff store, they keep putting us through to North Riding. They so *********** on the phone I can't even get through to them. the driver doesn't pitch and claims he is lost for 30 min! whilst writing this I have not pizza also.as soon as he comes, if he ever does, he can go back for another 30 min with his pizza.
