Burnt Pizza from Pizzahut Honeydew

Our driver collected 4 * Pizzas and 2 were badly burnt on the one side. We called to notify the manager, we were told that the manager checked all the pizzas and that NONE had left burnt. We took a picture and sent it the the manager via cell phone... She then changed her mind and said we must take it back for a credit. Our driver had other work to do and could not return. We were told there was nothing they could do to correct this... They needed the pizza back. We tried to tell them that we had 8 witnesses and pics but they said nothing could be done<br> <br> Detials: inv 1007 12:30pm 25/3/2015 R199.80
