Bad Service Cold food

we placed a order for a triple box they told us 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I asked how far they are and they stated they made a mistake its coming now. when the pizza eventually came the pizza was hot but the chips and garlic buns were cold this is disgusting that they make fresh pizza and give you cold chips never again I will buy from pizza hut again.
