Bad service

We ordered pizzas 11:52 and only received it 14:35. I phoned them 13:30, they said the driver is coming, I phoned a few times after that, still the driver is coming, 14:00 I phone to cancel the order because it was getting to late. The lady slammed the phone in my ear. We ended up paying for pizza for lunch at 14:35. After we already had to eat something because we could not wait anymore. Never again. Really Really bad . We are going back to Romans
