Bad service

I ordered my food 2hrs before my lunch, when I went to collect it, it wasn't ready a colleague that was there offered to bring it for me and when they gave her my ordered they didn't include my drink so I actually went there 3 times to get 1 order correct, even the pizza was cold, bad bad customer service
