Bad service

Good Evening, I am very unhappy with the service of the Pizza Hut Container shop at Cape Gate!! I love the product but the service is the worst every time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waiting for a delivery is a nightmare and if you collect...your order is wrong. I have ordered tonight again at 19:00 and it is now 20:55pm, and still waiting, seriously is this not acceptable? I can understand pick times, but surely its not pick times ALL THE TIME. The the lady said to me that our order was already given to the Uber driver, and when my husband phone 10 min later, oh sorry the order is not finished yet!!! Like I said, I LOVE THE PRODUCT, but service is BAD BAD!!!!!
