Bad service

I ordered a sit down meal for two people 2016-05-13 at 12:18. The Promise Time on the slip showed 12:33. At 12: 42 I questioned the lady about my order. She took the slip to search for my order. She promised it will come now. 5min later she returned to make sure about the order. She took the slip with her. I received my order only 13:01. I visited Pizza Hut in good faith to have my lunch with my brother. I was very late at work and it didn't reflect good at my boss. While I was waiting for my order the pizzas came out very quickly to the delivery s******s. My opinion is that the delivery orders were pushed in front of my order and my order was lost. On requesting my till slip, the lady couldn't find it and they had to print a new one. It must have been thrown away on purpose, because I told them I was going to lodge a complaint. She and the co-workers laughed at me. I find Pizza Hut 's service very unprofessional and distasteful. No pun intended. I will NOT use this franchise again.
