Bad pizza & poor customer service

I had ordered a pizza for home delivery on the 19th of December 2015. The pizza I ordered was pan base and I received a thin base. On top of this it was burnt and very dry, had less chicken pieces on it. Overall the pizza was ****- had no taste. I even emailed my complaint to pizzahut [Email Removed] but till date I didn't get any response. I know that my complaint wont get attended to but still writing so that others can read my review and help them to make an informed decision of ordering from cedar sq or not. If pizzahut do decide on apologizing they can email me their apology and re-send my large chicken pizza in good eatable tasteful pan base.
