Bad phone/ordering skills

My husband called the Pizza Hut Atterbury branch to place an order for 2 pizzas and dessert.<br> He had to go through 4 people before they could understand exactly what he wanted. I don't understand what was so difficult? He is a normal South African male - no accent. When asked if they had extra avo, they had no idea what that was... when asked if they had a diet mountain dew, they couldn't understand what he was asking...<br> Very frustrating. placing the order took 6 minutes! - 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE
