BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PIZZA HUT - DISAPPOINTED NEVER AGAIN

There was a family from Madagascar- his wife was air lifted to SA - Fourways for an operation . The insurance company booked them in a B&B . One of the nights as a stranger and assistance to the family I order Pizza for him and his 2 children age 5 & 8 while his wife was in hospital . My hope was to proof to them that we South Africans care and would like them to invest in our country even as a tourist . Sadly the Pizza never arrived was never delivered . I contacted the Call centre and a lady called back and said she is very sorry . It was escalated to the area coach - just over 2 weeks as passed NO Pizza NO call from area coach no refund nothing . The wife is discharged and I had the honour to meet them for the first time and drop them at the Airport . I apologies on behalf of PIZZA HUT but yet they as a company do not care about service or after service yet will accept payment for exchange of leaving 2 children disappointed when they was so excited that they going to eat PIZZA . Such disappointment and bad taste to visitors coming into out country
