Bad bad pizza service

Actually 1 star is a good rating although I would give them a minus 1 rating. Ordered pizza 19:34 - delivery time 20:30. It is now 21:13 no pizza and hungry children. This is very bad how do you do business like this. I started phoning 20:40 with no luck of anyone answering and 21:03 the business hours was exceeded. I would like a manager to explain how this happen when the order was placed and nobody delivers on a online order.
