Bad and *********** service from pizza hut illovo branch

Hello , as a daughter I love my dad buying me pizza hut , but the illovo braches services are poor. We haven't bought since the 24th June because of poor service and the pizza came burned. Reason for this, it was in the warmer for an hour and no one told the driver to take it out. But now I must suffer because of your incompetence. Please can this be investigated , so I can get pizza. Thank you.
