Aweful service from the Honeydew branch

Placed an order tonight at 7pm on the app thinking my pizza will be here within 30mins like before.

Branch manager calls at 19:35 ssying he has only 1 driver and delivery will delayed but delivered within 30mins. Come 20:09, no sign on anyone so l called the call centre and the branch manager said the delivery guy just took the order which was a total lie because it wasn't even being cooked via the tracking app.

I then called around 20:09 and cancelled the delivery.

After tracking the order, it showed that they only started cooking it AFTER I CANCELLED.

At 20:22 the delivery driver called. I told him l cancelled the order and before l could explain further he cut the call.

I've never had issues at this branch on the previous 3 occassions but today has put me off completely from them.

Calling the service pathetic is an understatement.
