Arrived at 11:41 AM for R20 Special, But Was Turned Away

⭐ **1-Star Review – Pizza Hut Park Square**

**False advertising and extremely disappointing service.**

I went to Pizza Hut Park Square today, **14 September 2026, at around 11:41 AM**, specifically because of the advertised **R20 Hut Drop** special. The adverti*****t clearly states that from **14–17 September**, between **11 AM and 3 PM**, customers can get a small Margherita, Pepperoni or Creamy Chicken pizza for **only R20**.

When I got to the store, the cashier told me that the promotion only starts **tomorrow**. I then spoke to the manager, who said they were **trying to sort out the issue**.

If the promotion is advertised as starting on **14 September**, customers should not arrive at the advertised start time only to be told that it isn't available. This is misleading advertising and a complete waste of customers' time.

I have a screenshot of the actual adverti*****t showing the **14–17 September and 11 AM–3 PM** details. Pizza Hut needs to honour the promotion as advertised or clearly correct the advertising before sending customers to their stores.
