Appalling Customer Service

Pizza Hut Rivonia - What a horrible experience. To say I'm appalled by your service would be an understatement. Went to the establishment to place an order on Friday evening. The order was placed at 18:13 and by 19:13 I had not received my order. I still sat and gave them a chance. At 7:30 I eventually get my order. Moments later the "manager" comes running to my car in her socks and tells me there's been an order mix up and that she's quickly running back in to get my order. 5 mins later this lady is still not back, then I go back in to ask what the delay was. There was never any mix up they gave my order to the Indian guy after me because he was about to cause a seen and we had similar orders. By verdure of me being black they thought I would be understanding and the manager had the nerve to say to me she can offer me a free drink while my order was being prepared. Mind you I had been waiting for over an hour for my pizza. I then asked for my money back and was offered a free pizza because they can't refund me for whatever reason. I then proceeded to ask the "manager" for the owners number that's when I was given my refund. As a well trained manager (assuming) when I made my intensions known that I would be lying a complaint she then says to me "ooh I wasn't here, I was in the back." No accountability whatsoever for the dismal service. A serious question of hygiene as well having a whole "manager walking around in her socks.

I would highly recommend you not to go there. The security guards also relayed stories of the poor service they offer to their customers.
