App issues

The app re-order function places incorrect orders for some reason, and the store cannot do anything as they prepare the food according to the order sent to them. I alerted the customer services a year ago, and it seemed as though the issue was sorted but it just recurred today again. Now I am sitting eith the wrong food that no-one can rectify.
