Almost 3 hours gone and still no Delivery !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed a order @ 17:45 and it is now 19:53 over 2 hours later and still my order is not delivered, I have wasted all my airtime and called the call center more than 5 times already and it took over an hour to get a hold of the store manager who then has the cheek to ask me if i still want my order F*$##.... like really you made me wait over 2 hours and you still asking me if they make my order is this the service pizza hut offers....well just so you know i am not going to stop here, next onto hello peter and every other social platform that i can think of and I will make sure that people are aware of how you treat customers....

i would like for a senior person to call me and explain the above ?????????? if you actually care about your brand reputation
