A very Poor customer service

I just had a horrible experience with Pizza hut Emarentia. It took more than an hour for my order to get delivered. Before I went outside to get it, I received a call from the shop and they lady was telling me that the driver is has been outside for a while, which I didn't understand because when I was tracking my order, it kept saying that the order is getting ready to be delivered and that the tracker will in fact begin and the driver is driving to my place. The lady on the line was very mean and didn't want to understand my side of the story. Like that was not enough, when I got outside the driver is also being mean and telling me that he had been waiting outside for over an hour, which I get but I am not at fault, the store and their tracking system is.
