A terribly inconvenient "convenience"

The pizza is great, but please sort out your online order system!!! I've ordered TWICE online now, where the order didnt go through. Yet I received an order number.... Getting to the store for pick-up only to place a new order and waiting 12-15 minutes for it to be completed is NOT very convenient. While you're at is, why must I select a branch to order from before I can even look at your menu? The entire online experience is such a pain....
