A short story of a disgraceful restaurant named Pizza Hut.

I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. To begin with, my family and I had to wait approximately 1 hour for our order, which the staff member said would take 20 minutes. Furthermore, train your staff members to be more polite to their customers because at the end of the day without your customers, you are nothing. If you haven't noticed Pizza Hut, we are living amongst a pandemic. Therefore, management and staff need to be more diligent of hygiene. I was appalled to notice that tables were unsanitary with visible dirty fingerprints and pizza crumbs from previous customers. I expected the table to be disinfected and ready for use. Already dissatisfied with the service, upon receiving my order, my family and I left the restaurant. In addition, the pizza dough was raw, had no flavour and was ultimately extremely disgusting. The staff and management of Pizza Hut need a wake up call! The amount of negative reviews that come your way is embarrassing for your brand. Never will I ever support your business again. However, try to be less pathetic for the minority who do support you.
