4 hour wait for pizza

I order food to be delivered, they told me the pizza won't b ready 4 the next hour so I understood. I waited for the hour to pass then I called them an hour an 30min after my order they told me their driver was out for another delivery . I waited for another hour den i called them to find out how far with my delivery the told me my order was still in the shop when i complained that it's been over 2 hour 30 min that's when the manager said the driver will deliver my order in the next 15 min, i waited for another 30 min n called back dats when they said the driver just left the shop he should be on his way to my house.
