3 hours wait for pizza delivery

<p>My first time ordering a pizza from Pizza Hut what an absolute mockery. Why offer delivery if you can't even stick to the expectation you set. They let me know it will take an hour because they only have one driver. An hour and a half later I call them to find out whats happening. They ever so casually tell me it hasn't even left the shop yet and it will get to me in another 45 mins. I then request to speak to a manager who states they going to deliver the pizza personally right now. 3 hours later I'm still waiting for the pizza to be delivered. How absolutely ridiculous. Its now already too late to order from anyone else guess its going to be a sandwich for supper for my whole family. Never again!!!</p>
