3 hours + to deliver a pizza

i ordered my pizza @ 10:17 the morning for delivery, online also paid online about 5 min later i received a call from a lady which she says that i must come fetch my pizza due to they don't have drivers which is a joke for a business that offers delivery, i told her i can't and she says that there will only be a driver at 13:00 meaning it might be delivered at 14:00.

This is unexceptable, i even called customer care line to explain what happened etc. all they did was apologize which does not do anything

so here the thing YOU, PIZZA HUT LYNWOOD need to to straighten up co's you won't be open for longer due to customers you are going to lose

and please don't comment here or contact me UNLESS YOU HAVE A SOLUTION i don't want to hear any apology.

apology is just a nice way to tell a customer you don't give a ****.
