2 hours delivery time

I placed an order from the Signet terrace Pizza hut in Lenasia. Waited 2 hours for delivery of 2 medium pizza's. The call centre has never contacted me back, neither has the store manager or a response to a tweet. Wow, how bad is your service and customer experience for so many platforms to be ignored.
