Good ideas but poor communication.

Actually I use this site to get creative ideas and its a whole lot of fun. There are the most useful ideas which are practical to use. The only drawback is that there is no email address to contact and the moment I see an organisation that has only a "Contact us" blank form which asks for all our details, I get wary. I don't like dealing with companies, no matter how good, if they don't have an email address.
