This company can be directly compared to the ANC as not only do they have absolutely zero customer service skills or brains to start with they lack everything just as these false governments do, their attitude towards a fellow human is just non-existent. In my industry "ME" alone deliver far more superior customers service and I go far and beyond to please our clients/customers on a daily basis even if I dont want to I still do IT, not to mention my own staff internally I handle them with love and respect far better than then what the entire Pinnacle CPT team combined can deliver. To dial into reception and straight into some brain dead VIOP/PBX repeat music for more than 5 minutes before she actually decided to answer and take my call to only then put me through to sales team as I politely asked to where I end up waiting another 6 minutes with brain dead VIOP music I mean honestly people, is just absolutely ludicrous and very unprofessional eventually I put down the phone as service is AWFUL and practically non-existent. A Friendly tip my fellow South Africans/Businesses out there LEARN some manners and HUMAN skills have the ability to at least try and be friendly and assist the public/customers no matter what we are going through in life as we all are going through some personal stuff and struggles everyday out here in this crazy world but that still does not validate the pathetic service wish I could give a minus zero rating MINUS ZERO rating on customer service as it is beyond pathetic. Will never ever buy something from Pinnacle ever again. Please do not even bother to respond with your pathetic sorry about your experience our team WHAT TEAM please you sound like the ****s on TV everything is always a LIE we will escalate and sorry please save yourself the effort and trouble as clearly the first time around the service was already **** your Hello Peter responses are faster than your actual customer service as a business speaks volumes on its own man. You were great back in the early days between 2006 to 2012 no longer that same industry at all.
