Unreliable

<p>We recently bought a house, the previous owners had just had waterproofed and the roof redone they also paid for a guarantee on the work. Now l am trying to get Pinnacle SA out to come and fix where the roof is still leaking and where the damp has not been fixed properly under the guarantee. The owner does not return phone calls, has blocked my number so he is not taking my calls anymore and when my husband calls is rude. He has set up 2 meetings previously and has not pitched for 1. If you want your house waterproofed or your roof fixed never use Pinnacle SA from Bryanston they are unreliable and rude.</p>
