Slow procedure
<p>Why on earth ,in this electronic day and age it takes almost 4 weeks to get a refund.</p>

14 Sept 2016, 20:20I had an email ,then there was nothing , eg a follow up would have been good , obviously as i am a small small customer , its not worh it
