Slow payout of credit

At first the support was quick. The Lenovo was approved to be credited (Lenovo approved it in less than a day). I was told it usually takes a day maybe 2 to get the credit. Now on day 2 I have been told to phone back in another 3 days. In the mean time I am without a laptop unable to do my job. The job card with pinnacle has already been opened 8 days ago.
