RIDICULOUS SERVICE

Ridiculous service. Struggling to get someone to give me a simple answer. I've been phoning since morning to find out if a product we purchased is still under warranty. Reception as well as everybody that finally answers is not able to help me and keeps on transferring for hours.

NOT HAPPY!
