Ridiculous service!
I handed in my 4 month old laptop to pinnacle for repairs. Since the day I bought it, it has been constantly freezing and there was no software installed on it. It was brand new. I then recieved a quote of R1500 to upgrade my laptops HDD and RAM at my cost. This laptop is brandnew and I dont see the need to pay addtional money to upgrade my laptop when in order for it to work as expected? its been a month now and i have not recieved any feeback
