Really impressed with Markus Smuts & Brandon Petterson! Give them a raise, Pinnacle!

A while ago I had originally written a negative review about my service received by Pinnacle ICT. I am writing now to let you know that my experience has been drastically turned around.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to Markus Smuts and Brandon Petterson for turning my bad experience around - into a wholly positive one! These two were prompt in communication, kept me updated throughout the process, and have assisted me to credit my machine that had the original faults.

I SO appreciate these guys, they deserve a raise! Seriously!
