Poor service

This company is extremely unprofessional. I sent them an email in July and they only responded a month later. The service is poor it is now a further 2 months down the line and they sent the laptop back without having done anything to it. When speaking to their consultant on the phone it was clear that they had no clue what was going on with my request. To date no feedback and no resolution. I am still waiting for a manager to phone me which was promised but still no assistance. I am so disgusted with the lack of service and unprofessionalism.
