Pinnacle the most frustrating company with the littlest feedback

From the 6th of January 2025 I've been struggling with this Company. My laptop had a faulty LCD screen, after numerous calls I finally got to speak to the team leader Francois. He assured me I will receive my laptop and everything is in order. When I received my laptop it had more issues then when I sent it in, the move didn't track properly, my track pad buttons where slow to respond and my screen was worse of. Instead of just a light grey hue it now looked like an 80th TV with only snow feedback on my screen. I sent back my laptop and I was promised to receive my laptop by the 21st of February 2025, which I did not. I've had the most frustrating experience and now I'm not even sure I will receive my laptop back in working order.

Because of this I will think twice before buying from Evetech again. As Pinnacle is their warranty provider
