Pinnacle sells direct to public

Pinnacle closed my dealer account due to inactivity (less than a year), but sells directly to the public using cash sales account. The person that bought a battery and keyboard for a Samsung laptop came to me to install the keyboard and is obviously not in the IT industry.<br> Why ask the dealers for company papers to verify IT involvement and references from other IT hardware supplier if you sell directly to any idiot that comes through your door.<br> Very stupid tactic as this is killing your dealer network and eventually shifting business to other suppliers that protect their dealers.<br> I have the invoice in my hands and it is made out to:<br> CASH SALE - PINTEQ<br> Q<br> MIDRAND<br> 1685<br> VAT No.*** which coincides with Pinnacle's VAT No.?
