Orders taking weeks longer than promised to arrive

Lead time given before placing order for a Dell monitor: 3-4 weeks. ETA given now is 22/06/2016.. 7 weeks from order placed date. *** My last order through Pinnacle was for a WD HDD. I placed the order on 9 March. ETA was 6 April. It only arrived on 4 May.
