No word or assistance on Nextbooks from Makro

<p>I have been sent to Pinnacle by Makro for assistance after being hacked. Pinnacle has not provided any assistance whatsoever and Im stuck in Kimberley with a brick. So I guess Lenovos and Dells are a better buy...</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there nopbody that can assist with OEM software?</p>
