Mismatching website and instore prices

I got recommended this company by a friend and I can confirm after 3 years of working with them that there is some sort of money-swindling going on at this place. I am able to go onto their website and access their customers only portal where i can see stock and its pricing. I can confirm that the prices on the website are definitely different to what you will get instore(with your account manager).

The staff have no idea how the online portal works and you can sense a strong resentment from them if you ever buy from or even request a quotation from your cart items.

The store prices are always higher than what you see on the website and they will not even be bothered to harmonize them.
