ReMIRACULOUS SERVICE & DELIVERY: A 16TH BIRTHDAY SAVED

My dear friend, and resident Earth Angel, Rochelle Ndlovu, purchased 2 x Proline Laptops for my daughters' pending 16th birthday, as a gift of love, because there was an incredible special on, on TAKEALOT.

A few days later, this order was cancelled by TAKEALOT, citing that their supplier was no longer able to provide them.

I, of course, took to Hello Peter and every form of Social Media, because we were both devastated, and unable to acquire them anywhere else, at this price, with only apologies being cited.

I mistakenly assumed that the supplier was, in fact, Pinnacle / Proline, and lambasted both companies for the absolutely heartless manner in which this blow was dealt, without further recourse nor resolution.

In less than 24 hours, I had several responses from Proline Social Media (even though my communique was sent out on a Saturday evening).

By Monday morning, I was contacted telephonically.

Even though it was NOT the fault of Pinnacle ICT, Arno Vorster still delivered a true-to-life miracle, and my daughters WILL have these laptops, which are not just functional, but of exceptional quality, too.

My daughters are turning 16.

They cannot complete their current grade, nor excel in their new school, next year, without these laptops.

They cannot maintain their exceptional grades via cellphones and textbooks, and I could not afford to purchase laptops at current market prices, hence the special offer being that one lifeline.

Thanks to Arno, facilitating the entire process through Adrian of avoc-adoo.co.za, my daughters will have the most wondrous birthday. Their current struggle will become ease. The world of learning now easily accessible, and University grades guaranteed, because they are dedicated to their dreams.

Tears of sorrow turned to tears of joy.

Rochie and I are postal, with happiness. We were dancing on the spot, yesterday.

In these trying times, people like Arno Vorster remind you that superb customer service is not only possible, but still alive and well.

It's rare to find a great quality product backed by superior service.

It's even more so to find a high level Executive who doesn't pull rank from the word go, and talks to you like a caring, Average Joe.

That is how you bring home branding. This is how you turn a bad situation around, gain new clients and keep them, for life.
