Horribly bad customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. We have been working with these people for a while now and in the beginning all went smooth but for months now we are struggling to get any responses out of them and every time we send requests we get an out of office reply. The staff from Pinnacle is on permanent leave. Even the reps who are supposed to assist while our rep is out of office is also out of office. Horrible and unsatisfied
