Ensure Services

I am very dissapointed in the service i received from Ensure Services...I have been waiting for over a month for a repair on a brand new ASUS Laptop i bought from Pinnacle.<br> <br> How can you use a company like Ensure Services if they cant even do a simple repair on a laptop?<br> <br> After receiving a mail to come and collect i drove over 50km and when i got there it still wasnt fixed.<br> <br> No one could explain to me what the problem is, they just said they will deliver tomorrow, well its over a week now and nothing.<br> <br> I need that laptop urgently as my work is suffering from it, either they should replace it with a new laptop or they should return it to me so that i can take it to another company who will be able to fix it. i don't even mind paying for it even though its still under warranty!<br> <br> Terrible service...<br> <br> Armand<br>
